Your information, handled with care.

When you place an order, we collect your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, and the items or options you select. We use this information to confirm payment, prepare and deliver your order, send tracking or status updates, and answer support questions.

Guest checkout is available; you do not need to create an account. You can look up an order at the order tracker with your order number.

Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. You can use UPI, cards, netbanking, or wallets. NORA does not store card numbers, UPI PINs, or complete payment credentials.

We use analytics tools to understand which pages and products are useful to shoppers. When configured, we may also use advertising measurement tools, including Meta’s Pixel and Conversions API, to understand whether advertising leads to orders.

Where purchase details are used for measurement, contact information is hashed before it is shared with Meta. We do not sell visitor data. You can limit ad tracking through your browser, device privacy settings, or Meta ad preferences.

• Order records: kept for fulfilment, accounting, tax, and customer support.
• Payment details: handled by Razorpay according to its own policies.
• Analytics information: retained by the relevant provider under its own policy.
